Colo Atl

Established in November of 2001, the fully-built Colo Atl colocation and Meet Me Room (MMR) space spans 1,470 square feet on the 5th Floor and 16,034 square feet on the 8th Floor in one of the South’s premier carrier hotels, 55 Marietta Street, Atlanta, Georgia. The carrier-neutral colocation space was developed to allow tenants to cross-connect within the space, allowing companies to establish a presence to network with other carriers within the building via two (2) vertical fiber risers, and to connect with companies in 56 Marietta Street via two (2) diverse 432 count fibers between the 55 and 56 Marietta Street Buildings.

Colo Atl is owned and operated by Timothy A. Kiser. Mr. Kiser has designed over 40 telecommunications facilities with over 25 years of experience in consulting engineering and has been a licensed professional engineer in 35 states to practice engineering. A SSAE 16 license holder, Mr. Kiser is not just the owner, he’s your personal contact.

Located in the global telecom hub of Atlanta, Georgia, Colo Atl provides colocation, data center & interconnection services, at an affordable rate. Colo Atl is a neutral colocation facility that allows tenants and carriers to securely and conveniently cross-connect within a SSAE 16 certified facility. Colo Atl has no monthly recurring cross connect fees between tenants and provides exceptional customer service.
