Set up in the Feper building of a former equipment factory on the Pipera industrial platform, NXDATA-1 runs in one of the most important business centers in northern Bucharest. Feper is an industrial, five-story building, designed to sustain heavy loads. The building was built between 1975 and 1976 and was refurbished between 2003 and 2006.
